Cité de la Gastronomie

The complex
The Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin is Dijon's flagship food-and-wine destination, built on the former hospital site and themed around the UNESCO listing of the French gastronomic meal (source: dijon-france-research.md). Entry to the grounds is free, with paid exhibitions around €9 (source: dijon-france-research.md).
Inside: La Cave de la Cité, a wine cave with 3,000 references and 250 wines by the glass via self-serve dispensers; the École des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB), running oenology workshops; and La Table des Climats, a "vinostromique" pairing restaurant under Éric Pras (source: dijon-france-research.md). It sits south-west of the centre, near the start of the Voie des Vignes greenway.
