The estate

Domaine de la Cras is the city of Dijon's own revived vineyard: an 8-hectare estate owned by Dijon Métropole and farmed by winemaker Marc Soyard, producing organic Bourgogne AOC (source: dijon-france-research.md). It sits on a hill just west of the city at Plombières-lès-Dijon, with walking paths and valley views — a free outing in its own right, with tastings by appointment only (source: dijon-france-research.md).

It is, in effect, Dijon's home cuvée — a natural pairing with a car-free city stay.

Our notesDijon's home cuvée

A city-owned, organically farmed vineyard on a hill above town — free to walk, with tastings by appointment. The one wine that is, in effect, Dijon's own.
