The domaine

Domaine Trapet Père et Fils is one of Gevrey-Chambertin's iconic biodynamic estates, owning parcels of the Chambertin, Latricières-Chambertin and Chapelle-Chambertin Grands Crus (source: Gevrey-Chambertin-research.md).

Alongside cellar tastings, the estate runs a relaxed table d'hôte — Maison T — pairing a Burgundian lunch (mâchon, picnic or hot/cold spreads) with Trapet wines; like nearly every serious Gevrey domaine, visits are by appointment only (source: Gevrey-Chambertin-research.md).
