The cooperative
The Fruitière Vinicole d'Arbois, which bottles under the name Château Béthanie, is the historic cooperative of Arbois — a fruitière in the Jura sense of a shared producing house (source: jura-research.md).
It makes a wide range of AOC Arbois wines and runs a convenient central tasting shop opposite the town's landmarks, an easy no-appointment stop on a walking circuit of the cellars (source: jura-research.md). (Opening hours need verification.)
