The house

Caves St Martin sits just north of Remich, where 1 km of limestone tunnels carved into the cliffs (in use since 1919) keep the traditional-method Crémant at constant temperature; the cellar tour and tasting run ~€12–15 (source: Luxembourg-Moselle-Wine-Region-research.md).

At river level, the Pavillon St Martin is the house's riverside wine bar, pouring the St Martin Crémants below the cliffs. Underground tours are seasonal — closed 22 December 2025 to 3 March 2026 (and 1 November), with the shop open Wed–Sun (source: Luxembourg-Moselle-Wine-Region-research.md).

Our notesCrémant in the cliffs

The most atmospheric tasting in Remich — a kilometre of cellars in the rock, with a riverside bar for a glass afterwards. Tours close over winter, so check before December–February visits.

Walkable from the Remich promenade.
