Eat, taste & stay
Our notesThe white-wine detour worth the drive

An hour and a half northwest of the main Côte, Chablis trades the Pinot reds for steely, mineral Chardonnay. The new Cité des Climats makes a strong anchor for a half-day add-on.

For the crisp whites and the Cité.
